The other way is to make the changes you want to see in the world from a healthier, heart-centered, intuitively guided place of wisdom and inner knowing. This shift in perception and being requires patience, dedication, clarity, commitment and guidance and an embodiment of the new. The women that typically find me to be their guide, have big dreams. They know that they haven't come here to play it small. Yet, life happens and after having kids or forcing yourself to do what society, family and friends expect from you, there is usually not much left for your grand dreams.
